Stephanie Bridges
President

Stephanie’s dedication to Jacobs Athletic Association can be seen throughout JAA. As President, she brings unwavering commitment to supporting our athletes, families, volunteers, and programs while creating a place where kids can grow, compete, and belong. Her involvement goes far beyond her title. Whether she’s supporting a sport, cheering from the sidelines, or behind the camera capturing special moments for our families, Stephanie consistently shows up for JAA.For Stephanie, JAA isn’t simply an organization to lead, it’s a community worth showing up for, investing in, and celebrating.

Alycia Caldwell
Vice President

Alycia brings an incredible level of dedication and heart to Jacobs Athletic Association. After helping grow and strengthen JAA Cheer as its Director, she stepped into her roles as Vice President and Athletic Director, though anyone who knows Alycia knows she was already the person making sure nothing fell through the cracks. She is hands-on, thorough, and deeply invested in every sport, every program, and most importantly, every athlete. Alycia never leaves a stone unturned and consistently goes above and beyond to help JAA succeed. Her passion, leadership, and relentless commitment to our kids make her an invaluable part of JAA.

Ashley James
Treasurer

Ashley plays an essential role in keeping Jacobs Athletic Association strong behind the scenes while remaining incredibly hands-on throughout JAA. As Treasurer, she carefully manages the Association’s finances and helps ensure our programs have the resources they need to support our athletes. As a JAA parent herself, Ashley’s commitment goes far beyond the numbers. She is actively involved, consistently present, and always willing to step in wherever she’s needed. Her dedication, attention to detail, and genuine investment in our kids help keep JAA moving forward.

Megz West
Secretary

Megz West has been a longtime part of the Jacobs Athletic Association community and continues to generously volunteer her time in service to JAA. Her years of involvement bring valuable experience and familiarity with the organization, its programs, and the families we serve. As Secretary, Megz helps keep the Board organized and connected by supporting communication, maintaining important information, and helping ensure the details behind the scenes stay on track. Her willingness to continue giving her time and being present for the Association is sincerely appreciated. Her continued commitment and years of service have made her a valued part of the JAA community.

Director of Digital Strategies

Morgan is a proud JAA parent and mother of two with a passion for strengthening the programs and communities that support young athletes. With a professional background in marketing, branding, social media, community engagement, and event promotion, she brings a creative and strategic approach to JAA. As Director of Digital Strategies, Morgan focuses on strengthening communication, expanding JAA’s digital presence, and helping connect families with the programs, opportunities, and community that make JAA special.

Chris Nailor
Football Director

Chris Nailor brings an unwavering dedication and genuine passion to the Jacobs Jaguars football program. His commitment goes far beyond the game, he pours into our young athletes, creating an environment where kids are excited to show up, work hard, grow in confidence, and be part of something bigger than themselves. Through his leadership, encouragement, and love for the program, Chris continues to make a lasting impact on our players, families, and the Jacobs Athletic Association as a whole. His dedication to our kids and to JAA is at the heart of everything he does. That last line is what gives it the little punch it was missing.

Quantel Wallace
Boys Basketball Director

Quantel brings experience, heart, and a genuine passion for JAA basketball to his role as Boys Basketball Director. After previously serving as Co-Director, stepping into this leadership role is a natural next step for someone who has already shown how much he cares about the program and the athletes it serves. Quontail is the kind of person who shows up, connects with our kids and families, and is simply an awesome guy to have on our team. We’re excited to see him continue growing the boys basketball program and creating a great experience for our young athletes.

Edd Andrews
Baseball Director

Ed has been a dedicated part of the Jacobs Jaguars baseball program for years, pouring his time, knowledge, and heart into JAA for nearly as long as his own children have been part of the Association. His genuine love for baseball is matched by his passion for helping young athletes develop their skills, build confidence, and grow both on and off the field. As his own children approach the end of their years with JAA, Ed’s continued commitment speaks volumes about the impact this program. His years of dedication to JAA have helped shape not only our baseball program, but generations of young Jaguars.

Dario Bridges
Girls Basketball Director

Dario brings passion and dedication to the Jacobs Jaguars Girls Basketball program, creating an environment where young athletes can develop their skills, build confidence, and discover their love for the game. He encourages his players to challenge themselves, grow as teammates, and recognize what they’re capable of both on and off the court. His commitment to developing young athletes helps ensure our girls have a place to compete, grow, and shine at JAA.

Anslee Posey
Softball Director

Ainsley brings heart, energy, and a true commitment to the Jacobs Jaguars Softball program. As both Softball Director and a community coach, she is hands-on with our athletes, helping young players build their skills, confidence, teamwork, and love for the game. Her dedication extends far beyond the softball field. Ainsley consistently shows up for JAA as a whole, always willing to support our programs, athletes, and families wherever she’s needed. Her willingness to lead, coach, and continually show up for our kids makes her an incredible part of the JAA community.

Vanessa Epps
Cheer Director

Vanessa is a proud mom of two boys who brings an incredible energy and genuine heart for serving our JAA families. When the opportunity arose to help, she stepped right up and immediately became someone we could count on. As Cheerleading Director, Vanessa brings enthusiasm, positivity, and a true team-first spirit to the program, and we’re so grateful to have her helping create a fun, supportive experience for our young athletes.

Allie has been a dedicated part of Jacobs Athletic Association, helping shape the cheer program into something even more meaningful, positive, and impactful for our young athletes. As a cheer mom herself, with a daughter in the program, she brings both a parent’s perspective and a genuine heart for the kids she serves. In addition to serving as Co-Cheer Director, Allie also coaches our Flag team, where her encouragement, commitment, and hands-on leadership continue to make a difference.
